AYA Tournaments
All of the boats must be in the water by 7:00 AM. The boats will then be checked for proper safety equipment such as PFD's and kill switches. Livewells will be checked to make sure that they are operational. There will also be a meeting to go over the rules and to answer any questions. The starting order will be determined by the order in which we receive the entry forms and it will be a trickle start.
All teams must return and check in by 3:30 PM. There will be a one (1) pound per minute penalty up to fifteen (15) minutes for anyone returning late. After fifteen (15) minutes you will be disqualified. After the tournament weigh-in there will be a BBQ held and all prizes will be awarded then. All of the teams are asked to stay until the completion of the awards.
All entries must be received no later than June 27/09 ( two weeks prior to the tournament ). All checks for the entry fees may be made out to Deerbrook Marina and sent along with the entry form to:

Entry forms may be downloaded here and then printed out. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view the entry form and that can be downloaded here if you don't already have it installed. An alternative to Adobe you can download Foxit PDF Reader. It is much smaller than Acrobat and much faster. They are both free and the choice is yours.
